Lately, I've been doing some retail therapy at various thrift stores I'm exploring in our new area. Reading all these dang blogs, seeing everyone else's cool finds...how can I help myself?? I've found some things I really like for my collection and/or to decorate our home, but I've also decided to open an Etsy shop and try my hand at vintage vending. Here's some of my new loot:

LOVE your pink daisy pyrex and the Jug is yummy! Have you seen the Pyrex Love group on Flickr? It's highly addicitive! t.x
ReplyDeleteI do love a good thrift! Fab finds. Good luck with your etsy shop :)
ReplyDeleteYour new site logo is "really gone"! That term DOES mean something's cool, right? Well, nonetheless, I think it is neat! Your Etsy shop looks promising, but you NEED to get more goodies on there...
ReplyDeleteThanx everyone!
ReplyDeleteOooh, I know I need to work on the shop! Got lots of photos taken, but now I have to do the hard part - the listings! And yes, "real gone" is a good thing; check out Like...Dreamsville from the blog roll to the right :)
Hi TikiMama!
ReplyDeleteLove that pink daisy pyrex serving dish! I have a big 2 qrt one that I love using. I'm going to look forward to seeing all your thrifty finds!
Hiya. Sorry to come in on the comments but couldn't find an email. Here’s what I offer. You either write a post about the petition for American Thrift today or write a short post linking to my post today and I will add a link to your post in the text of today’s post and add your blog to my new “A List” of petition supporters right underneath the petition widget. I would love it if you also picked up the widget and link and added it to your blog. I’m getting a graphic designer to design a logo for the petition. In addition too all that, I will add a link to your blog on the petition page. If you are on FB, send me (Amy Hardin Turosak) an invite with a note as to who you are to be friends and I will include you in the petition officers list with your blog. Now that’s a deal and a mouthful. Best, Shopping Golightly of The Thrifty Chicks
ReplyDeleteSaw one of those divided metal dishes on etsy and thought of you - doesn't give it an actual name though.
