Etsy - new goodies!

Just a super-quick post before I get the girls to bed (no idea if I'll make it back to the computer any time soon). I got a few more things actually listed in my Etsy shop. I'd love it if you took a look and gave me some feedback. I'm on a steep learning curve, and on limited time, so I'll take all the advice and help I can get!

You can click on the link on the right side of the page, or just go to www.modtiki.etsy.com

  1. I don't have any advice but my favourites are the fish trivets and the warming tray. :)

  2. I'm not exactly sure what kind of feedback you are looking for, but I think you have a great start. I LOVE the gravy boat and your prices seem really reasonable.

  3. Looks great so far. I really like the fish trays. Very cool. What's scary is I have those warming trays. (And they still work!)

  4. Thanks for looking everyone, and for the nice comments.

I couldn't pass up those fishies when I found them; I think they're really cool, too!

    JC - it's not scary, it's awesome!

  5. Those are great items.

Check out this site http://www.picnik.com/ I've never used it since I do my own photo correcting (and offer it of course.

Try and get those pics brighter so your items will pop. Also if they are all consitant brightness it makes your shop look more appealing.

Also, try to make the shot interesting, use your macro setting and take a pic of the item close up or/and on an angle. Mess with the lighting direction too.

    Squeeze,
    Dawn

  6. I agree with Dawn, you have cool stuff, but it would help to get the pics brighter and do some cool angle shots.

I especially love that nut chopper!

Good job, you are a great example for me to get my stuff listed! I just have to get my rear in gear
